Refund, Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

This Refund, Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from JA Paints 307 LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility (7-Day Window)

Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days* from the date the item is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

To be eligible for a return:

* Item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

* Item must be returned in original packaging

* Proof of purchase is required

* Return must be approved before shipment

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

* Or text: “ja help ” to 904-648-9660

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

If approved, return instructions will be provided. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

3. Refund Terms

If a return is approved and received:

* Refund will be issued to the original payment method

* Refunds are processed within 3 business days* after inspection

* Financial institutions may take 5–14 business days to post funds

Refund Amount

Refunds will include:

* The purchase price of the returned item

Refunds will exclude:

* Original shipping charges (non-refundable)

* Return shipping costs

* A $10 restocking fee (if applicable)

Sales Tax (Florida Compliance)

If a full item refund is issued, the associated Florida sales tax collected on that item will also be refunded in accordance with Florida tax law.

4. Restocking Fee

A $10 restocking fee* may apply to approved returns to cover inspection, processing, and inventory handling.

The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.

This fee does not apply to:

* Incorrect items shipped by us

* Manufacturer defects

* Items damaged during transit (verified)

5. Return Shipping Responsibility

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless:

* The wrong item was shipped

* The item arrived damaged

* The item is defective

We strongly recommend:

* Purchasing shipping insurance

* Using a carrier with tracking

JA Paints 307 LLC is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds will not be issued for returns that are not received.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

* A damaged item

* A defective product

* An incorrect item

You must notify us within *48 hours of delivery* and provide:

* Photos of the product

* Photos of packaging

* Order number

If verified, we will:

* Replace the item at no additional cost

OR

* Issue a full refund including shipping and applicable sales tax

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in the denial of the claim.

7. Items Marked Final Sale

The following are non-refundable and non-returnable:

* Clearance items

* Custom or special-order products

* Opened or used paint products

* Items marked “Final Sale”

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Customer is responsible for:

* Return shipping costs

* Shipping costs for the replacement item

If the replacement item is higher in price, the difference must be paid prior to shipment.

9. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within *24 hours of purchase*, provided the order has not shipped.

If the order has already shipped:

* The order cannot be canceled

* Customer must follow the return process

* Shipping charges and restocking fees may apply

Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 3 business days.

10. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility (Chargeback Protection)

JA Paints 307 LLC fulfills orders to the address provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

* Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

* Delivery delays caused by carriers

* Theft after confirmed delivery

All shipments include tracking.

For chargeback disputes:

* Carrier-confirmed delivery to the provided address constitutes proof of fulfillment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery address accuracy.

11. Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Policy

We reserve the right to:

* Require signature confirmation on high-value orders

* Deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse

* Dispute fraudulent chargebacks with supporting documentation

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Florida law:

JA Paints 307 LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid.

13. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Florida.

** Starting February 14th, customers will need to accept that they have read and understand this Policy. This is to ensure clear transparency and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
