This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, returns, exchanges, and order cancellations at JA Paints 307 LLC.

Refund/Return Policy

JA Paints 307 LLC offers a 7-day refund/return period that starts from the date your order is delivered. To initiate a return or request a full refund (minus shipping and taxes), please follow these steps:

1. Submit a Request:

- Contact us via email at japaints307@gmail.com or call/text "ja help" to 904-648-9660 within 7 days of delivery.

2. Inspection Process:

- Upon receiving the returned item, our managers will inspect it. If approved, a refund will be processed by JA Paints 307 within *3 business days and it may take up to 2 weeks before credited to your account.

Note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

After the 7-Day Refund Window

- Return Shipping Costs:

- The buyer will be responsible for any return shipping fees. We recommend purchasing insurance and obtaining a tracking number, as JA Paints 307 LLC is not liable for lost return shipments.

- Partial Refunds:

- A partial refund will be issued (minus shipping and taxes) to cover listing fees related to the return.

Exchange Policy

JA Paints 307 LLC allows for exchanges within 7 days from delivery.

1. Shipping Costs:

- The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the exchange. Again, we recommend using insurance and tracking for safe return shipping.

After the 7-Day Exchange Window

- Additional Fees:

- The buyer will still pay for all shipping fees, and JA Paints 307 may charge an additional $10 fee for relisting the item.

No Refund/Return/Exchange Conditions

- Item Not Received:

- No refund, return, or exchange will be processed if the item is not received. In such cases, your request will be voided.

Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order:

1. Submission Time:

- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

2. Shipping Status:

- If your order has already shipped, JA Paints 307 will cancel the shipping and initiate a refund request (minus shipping costs, taxes, and a $10 relisting fee) within *3 days.
